Kitchen Remodeling in Los Angeles
A kitchen remodel can keep the layout and replace cabinets, counters and appliances, or open walls and move plumbing, gas and electrical to change how the room works. Moving a sink, a range or a wall changes the permit and the schedule, so the layout is decided first. Countertops are measured once the cabinets are installed, so cabinet delivery can affect the schedule.

Bathroom Remodeling
Most bathroom projects are a tub-to-shower conversion, a walk-in shower with a niche, a new vanity or a full gut and retile. The waterproofing behind the tile and the slope of the shower floor to the drain are what keep water out of the walls, so they get as much attention as the tile you pick. Damaged wood and stucco are repaired and sealed before the paint or the new siding goes on.
