Alpha Dream Construction is licensed by the California Contractors State License Board under license #1145233 in class B, General Building. The board's record lists the license as current and active through 31 Oct 2027, with:
- a $25,000 contractor's bond from American Contractors Indemnity Company;
- workers' compensation coverage from State Compensation Insurance Fund.
