The website, its form service and the record of cookie choices are run for us by our website service provider, NZ Marketing, using the service providers named in "Who receives your information" below. ## What we collect - **Forms:** your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in, your company name if you give it, the details you write about your project, the page you sent the form from and the time you sent it. - **Calls and texts:** your phone number, the time and length of the call and, when the call is recorded, the recording; the texts you send us. - **Email:** your email address and what you write to us. - **Technical data:** your IP address, device type, operating system, browser type and language, and your approximate location derived from the IP address. - **Use of the site:** the pages you view, the time spent on them, and clicks on our phone number and email links. - **How you reached us:** the page you first landed on, the website that sent you (referrer), campaign tags in the link (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content) and ad click ids in the link (gclid, gbraid, wbraid, fbclid, msclkid). - **Cookies and similar ids:** the cookies and browser storage listed in the table below, including an anonymous visitor id for your cookie choice. ## Why we use it - **Form, email, call and text details:** to answer your request, prepare an estimate, schedule visits and carry out your project, to call and text you as the notice next to the form says, and to keep a record of your request. - **Call recordings:** to check the quality of our service, to train our team and to keep a record of what was agreed on the call. - **Technical data and use of the site:** to run and secure the site, to block spam, and to measure which pages work so we can improve them. - **How you reached us and ad click ids:** to know which search, website, campaign or ad brought each request, and to measure our ads. - **Hashed contact details:** when you came from one of our ads, your email and phone number, in hashed form (SHA-256, so the platform can match them but not read them), together with the ad click id, so the advertising platform can tell us that the ad led to a request. - **Cookie choice and visitor id:** to remember your choice and to keep a record of it. ## Who receives your information - **Analytics provider (Google, Google Analytics):** pages viewed, clicks on phone and email links, technical data, campaign tags and ad click ids, to measure the use of the site. - **Advertising platforms (Google) for ad measurement:** ad click ids and hashed contact details, to measure our ads. - **Hosting and delivery providers (GitLab, Cloudflare):** technical data in their server logs, to serve the website. - **Form service and cookie choice log (Cloudflare):** what you send through a form, the page and how you reached us, and the record of your cookie choice, to store them and deliver your request to us. - **AI service provider (Google Gemini):** the text of your request, to check it for spam before it reaches us. - **Email service (Google Gmail):** your request, to deliver it to our inbox. - **Map provider (Google Maps):** the map on our contact page loads from Google, which receives your IP address and technical data and may set its own cookies, to show the map. - **Our team:** everything you send us, to answer you and handle your project. - **Authorities:** only when the law requires it. - **A successor:** if our business is transferred, the records needed to continue serving you. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with other businesses for their own marketing. Google may also use information from sites that use its services as described in [how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services](https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites). ## Giving us information is voluntary You do not have to give us any personal information. Without your name and phone number or email we cannot reply to your request. You can use the site with analytics and advertising tools switched off. ## Cookies and similar tools Google Analytics and our ad measurement tools start on your first scroll, click, key press, tap or focus on a form field. The cookie notice at the bottom of the screen says so when you arrive. **How to change your choice:** use the [Cookie settings](#cookie-settings) link at the bottom of every page. Switch Analytics or Advertising off and save: those tools stop at once, never load again on this browser and their cookies are deleted. You can switch them back on the same way. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings (in most browsers under Settings, then Privacy or Cookies); the site keeps working without them. ## Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control Our website does not change what it does when your browser sends a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal. To stop analytics and advertising tools, use [Cookie settings](#cookie-settings). ## Call recording Calls to and from our business phone numbers may be recorded for quality, training and record keeping. ## Text messages If you gave us your phone number through a form, we may call and text you as the notice next to the form says. You can stop our texts at any time by replying STOP. ## Your rights You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you may withdraw any consent you gave: withdrawing stops future use, it does not undo use before it. You may also opt out of our marketing messages at any time. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. ## How long we keep it - **Requests, emails, call details and recordings:** for as long as we need them to answer your request and complete any resulting project; project records for as long as contractor, tax and warranty obligations require; you can ask us to delete them sooner where the law allows. - **Cookie choice record:** 12 months from your choice. - **Google Analytics data:** as set in our Google Analytics account and the cookie durations in the table above. ## Security and transfers Information sent to and from the site is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), and access to our systems is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send payment card numbers or other sensitive details through our forms. Our service providers may process your information in the United States and in other countries where they operate. ## Children This site is meant for adults.
